Return Policy

Do We Accept Returns?
Yes! Our customer satisfaction is our destination!  Please feel free to return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your original order. 
  1. Items must be return in the original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. 
  2. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you must first contact customer service.  Once the return has been authorized, please follow the customer service representative return instructions.  Once the return item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.  
  3. Care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and physical order items are ineligible for return.  Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package. 
  4. After the return request has been authorized, wigs can be shipped back to the address we have given you.  
  5. All returns shipping fees are the responsibilities of the customer. There will be a 22% restock fee of your total purchase + $12 processing free

Unsuccessful Delivery

If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer.  We are not responsible for any loss occurred.

If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we will offer to resend the parcel to you or will issue a refund.

If item is not as described

We encourage you to open the shipping package / box once your items arrive to your home.  You should contact customer service within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your item(s). 


Exchange without Justification 

Returns/Refunds without justification will be offered.  If you wish to return any item without any quality problem for exchange within 7 days of receiving, please contact customer service. (Customer will pay shipping fee and price difference of exchange, if any.)  

Return / Refund with Justification 

If you wish to return an item with any proper justification / quality issue for a refund within 7 days, please contact customer service.  Be-aware, customer will have to pay the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.  Please send us an email with your order number in the title, along with with the the quality problem, such as: wrong color, size, style, and so forth.  It will be more beneficial / persuasive if customer attaches a picture of the packing and a picture of the item within the email.  We will review all emails received, and offer solutions to help satisfy our customer needs. 

Order Cancellling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in a timely manner after your purchase. 

  1. If you contact us within 12 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
  2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
  3. Orders can't be canceled once the package has been shipped out or we have already begun to customize customer hair request.


If requesting for repair, exchange, return, refund, or canceling your order, you should first first contact customer service via email @ ******.  We will not provide any exchange, return, refund, repair, or cancellation on purchase without proper permission.  All loss will be afforded by customers.
